Safety and Maintenance Written Program

(This program is a detailed safety and maintenance booklet that is for multi-use. This can be utilized when shopping Insurance, for driver’s, and satisfies FMCSA’s requirement for “safety procedures” to be in place. Although the Federal Government does not detail specifically what type of formal safety plan, ours is written to satisfy the requirements for your USDOT.
Notice: USDOT Safety Management Programs for Fitness Determination. USDOT Audits can result in FMCSA placing your business in a Conditional or Unsatisfactory position. This means you can be subject to fines, increased insurance rates, and reduce your ability to get loads from shippers/brokers. We have worked with DOT trucking businesses in the past to assist them prior to getting a downgrade rating or during a Conditional or Unsatisfactory rating. We will work with you to start the correction process, which can take in some cases 1-2 months and other cases up to a year to correct.
